Student Support

Your safety and welfare are our main priority. A friendly reception team and your dedicated Student Liaison Officer will welcome you to the Malvern House Cyprus centre. They offer a wide range of help and services. You can speak to your Student Liaison Officer about your course, accommodation, travel information or about finding the finest Cypriot restaurant for dinner.

24-hour Support

When you enrol, we will give you an emergency phone number. You can use this number at any time while you study with Malvern House Cyprus. Make sure that you have this number recorded when arriving on the island.

Your First Day

On arrival, you will receive the following assistance:

• Introduction to the school and key staff members
• Welcome Pack, which includes the social programme of that week, emergency information and maps of the island
• A placement test to identify your English level, if you have not taken the test before at www.go4test.com/cyprus.
• An opportunity to either borrow (20 euro) or buy (40 euro) the coursebook required for your studies.

Our Advice

If you are an EU resident, bring your EU medical insurance card. Make sure that you have comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to arriving to Cyprus.
